PRAY: april 19 - may 18

tomorrow, sarah & i will get back on a plane & head to lusaka, zambia for 40/40 training where we'll be for the next 30 days. since i will not have internet access during that time, there will not be any picture updates until i return. here's a little of what our schedule will look like until then so you can know more specifically how to be praying!

april l9th-30th - lusaka, zambia where we'll be doing more "urban" ministry training. we'll take local transport to neighborhoods & relate to zambians via a translator

may 1st-12th - petauke, zambia where we'll travel to a campground in the bush & do the same type of ministry in local villages

may 13th-15th we'll be spending a long weekend in the home of an African family

may 16th-18th - lusaka, zambia a time for debriefing & rest

before we fly back to our respective cities

*also, you can be praying about a few other things for my cape town team:

- when we return from 40/40, there will be a team from Gardner Webb here for the week serving with us. pray for safe travels for all of those traveling to & from 40/40 as well as the GW team

- a member on the cape town team will be having surgery here on tuesday, april 24th. he is to expect at least 3 weeks of recovery. be lifting him up as well as a local pastor he's been mentoring who will be stepping up to the plate & taking on serious responsibilities in the schools in his absence (it's a blessing in disguise!)
