day 47: barcelona & planning

after sarah & i got completely LOST, we got to worship with barcelona baptist church this morning in the gugulethu township. the service was from 11-2. our supervisor was gracious enough to buy us a hymnal this past week which we were able to put to good use during the service.

i was actually able to sing along! :)

we ate a quick lunch with the other journeygirls before heading over to do some team planning for this upcoming week. sarah & i will be team-teaching with the others. this weeks topics for life orientation classes include bullying & resisting the temptations of drugs & alcohol! pray for us as we begin to really get to know the learners this week!
