day 148: moving class outdoors!
fun time at siyazakha school today as we took each of the 5 classes outside to play a game. no worries - it wasn't without just cause. the game helped the learners recognize how people are tempted to lie about their HIV status. we also talked about the window period - a period of time during which a person can receive a false test result regarding their own HIV status. needless to say, it was a heavy lesson - so it was great to be out in the sunshine!
got to take a walk with a dear friend tonight & enjoy an encouraging time of good conversation. God continues to amaze me everyday here...especially in the "small" things. grateful for times like these that make this "foreign" place feel more like home!
