day 193: training - 1st full day

saturday was our 1st full day of training from 8:30am-4:30pm. 43 people were participating - who would receive certificates, the curriculum itself & the approval to implement it wherever they see fit. the night before we'd been split into smaller groups of 6 for the weekend. nice to get to know others from the area! also great to see how each one of our 3 national partners stepped up as incredible leaders in their respective groups! "t" (who goes w/ us to the 2 schools) was a discussion group leader, the life of the party & always about the business of building relationships! mama "r" (who is a teacher at siyazakha - our wednesday school) was always the first to offer input & share her sweet heart in large group discussions. "M" became known as "the pastor" of the group & from the very beginning was always making us laugh!
