day 207: CONNECTing.
today was such a great day! got to sleep in - so needed!! then got to meet up with some friends i worked with at FUGE who just moved here to work with another Christian organization in cape town. finished off the day staying up til 2am my time to skype into my dad's 60th birthday party! got to see a ton of people - mom, dad, grandparents, sisters, nieces, cousin, aunt, uncle, & bro-in-law...not to mention half of CSBC!
got the joy of watching a 20-min. video of pics from dad's life, too! thankfully we both had a great internet connection that stayed clear the whole time :) SO grateful to have been a part of the night :) happy birthday, dad! we love you!
