day 257: "do this in remembrance of Me"

sunday was a sweet time of worship with the common ground church family. took communion - a great heart reminder as we approached Christmas day! good for us to think on the cross even as we celebrate the birth of our Savior! He stooped down & was born into our world with this very thing in mind - an innocent man bearing a brutal death in our place. talk about an example of humility! thank You, Lord!
