today was such a refreshing day! i had the chance to GET OUTSIDE & walk around an area not far from our flat known as "the commons." i spent the morning & part of the afternoon walking & talking over tea/coffee w/ a sweet, sweet friend who will be stepping alongside of me as a mentor for the next few years (at least). i am SO grateful for her! :)
