day 67: running into rockstars

spent this morning at the waterfront enjoying some coffee & time in the Word. it's amazing what simply sitting somewhere with your Bible open will do. people watch...& ask questions. our waiter, "W," opened up & asked us to pray for him - that he could overcome his alcohol addiction. PRAY for him!

ran into barney on the way to pick up groceries.
personally, i think he's lost a little weight.
i asked him if i could have a picture w/ him.
(if you know me, you know how much he meant to me years ago...it's ok, i can admit it.)
"of course you can" was his reply.
no big deal.
