day 103: short & sweet

today, we'd intended on heading back to church at barcelona - where pastor "j" serves & runs an orphanage. but, that particular church is situated in a township where incessant rain makes it difficult to get to. between the mud, the uneven "roads," & our having only been there once before...we felt it best to postpone visit #2!

SO...there ended up being 2 exciting highlights of the day:
- we ended up worshipping with the hillsong church family here in cape town!

- AND, we bought...
a crock pot.
(did i just significantly age myself by admitting how excited i am about that? oh well. i'm not ashamed! pumped about how much easier life is fixing to get! haha)
