day 147: experiencing God...& tinkerbell, too.

usually we head to nomlinganiselo school on tuesdays w/ our team leader & a local pastor. today, though, another meeting took precedence. so, we got to sleep in! spent a long time in the Word this morning & cracked open an old study that i've never really gone through (experiencing God by henry blackaby). was reminded that many times we ask the wrong questions. our question should not be "what is God's will for my life?" but rather, "what is God's will?" seek where the Lord is working & join Him there! that's His will...plain & simple. reminded that anything we attempt to do here in our own strength is outside of His will. PRAY for open eyes as we seek to join HIM, who is already & has always been at work here in south africa.

also got to spend a fun afternoon w/ some others on the team as we went to see a 3D disney movie. lots of laughter = good for the soul. praising the Father for a family here in cape town!

PRAY with us as we will be heading to siyazakha school tomorrow to teach & speak w/ the principal there about a potential upcoming event. we tried to meet w/ her last week but she was in another meeting! thanks guys!
