day 237-238: fellowship & another potential school!

recuperating well from jet lag but still playing catch-up here as i get back into the swing of things. got to  spend time on monday with several from our team...was long-overdue for sure! even did some christmas decorating at our supervisor's house!

on tuesday we went into the lower crossroads community with xhosa pastor "b" - who has a heart to plug into area schools. since he's expressed an interest in older students (& there are already several in his church), we headed to phandulwazi HIGH school to make initial contact with the principal. we offered to volunteer on thursdays this coming school year. PRAY with us as we look forward to receiving an answer the beginning of january. PRAY that whether the door opens or closes we would remain faithful to follow the Lord's lead as we seek to honor Him with our thursdays!
